• Design, develop, test, and implement features and code using Oracle Application Express (APEX)
• Required demonstrated ability working with Oracle Apex and Oracle Database products.
• Perform requirements analysis development design test and deployment of custom Oracle applications.
• Writing SQL queries Views Materialized views PL/SQL procedures functions packages triggers cursors collections Ref cursor variables System reference cursor Dynamic SQL
• Debug code and maintain PL SQL procedures and functions
• Optimize existing applications and scripts for both usability and performance
• Alignment to policies processes and procedures within areas of responsibility
• Detailed understanding of application development project life cycle and methodologies used
• Outstanding listening interpersonal written and oral communication skills
• Ability to prioritize lead deliver and report on multiple projects simultaneously highly motivated and able to work against ambitious deadlines and schedules
• Strong bias toward action flexible resourceful positive attitude and ability to operate effectively within a multifaceted fast-paced environment

Primary Skills

• Oracle APEX, Oracle PL SQL, JavaScript
• Evaluate new features and technologies and coordinate their appropriate implementation into the environment.
• Help End Users understand application features to accomplish their business purposes.
• In-depth knowledge of logical physical database design
• Solid experience in Oracle database and well experienced in SQL PL SQL knowledge.

Responsibilities

Work with the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team on the shared full-stack ownership of a collection of services and/or technology areas. Understand the end-to-end configuration, technical dependencies, and overall behavioral characteristics of production services. Responsible for the design and delivery of the mission-critical stack, with a focus on security, resiliency, scale, and performance. Authority for end-to-end performance and operability. Partner with development teams in defining and implementing improvements in service architecture. Articulate technical characteristics of services and technology areas and guide Development Teams to engineer and add premier capabilities to the Oracle Cloud service portfolio. Understand and communicate the scale, capacity, security, performance attributes, and requirements of the service and technology stack. Demonstrate a clear understanding of automation and orchestration principles. Act as ultimate partner concern point for sophisticated or critical issues that have not yet been documented as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Apply a deep understanding of service topology and the dependencies required to solve issues and define mitigations. Understand and explain the effect of product architecture decisions on distributed systems. Professional curiosity and a desire to a develop deep understanding of services and technologies.
