?Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of experience providingon-site technical support for IT infrastructure.
• Perform basic configuration and maintenance of switches and network equipment at the switch level.
• Monitor and manage fiber optic routes for network links.
• Participate in CCTV projects, ensuring proper installation and connectivity of equipment.
• Coordinate and follow up on incidents with vendors (e.g., ADVARIO or others).
• Manage and execute operational tasks related to infrastructure.
• Administer and support fixed and mobile telephony services, including procurement and upgrades.
• Document processes, incidents, and changes performed.
• Intermediate english.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Previous experience in infrastructure technical support (minimum 3 years).
• Intermediate English.
• Basic knowledge of switch and network configuration and maintenance.
• Familiarity with structured cabling, fiber optic routes, and network links.
• Experience or basic understanding of CCTV installation and support.
• Ability to coordinate with external vendors.
• Capacity to manage operational tasks in an organized and prioritized manner.
• Desired Technical Stack: Networks and switches, CCTV, Fixed and mobile telephony, Procurement and administration of telephony services.
