?? Location: Safran Mexico – Querétaro

At Safran, a global leader in aerospace manufacturing, we are looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead our industrialization and process improvement strategy. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production operations that meet both company and customer expectations.

?? Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement manufacturing industrialization and engineering improvement strategies.
Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, safety, and cost.
Lead and develop a high-performing team of manufacturing engineers.
Collaborate with departments such as quality, maintenance, supply chain, and production.
Identify new competencies, manage certifications, and ensure capability alignment with future needs.
Manage department budget aligned with competitiveness and operational goals.
Foster a culture of leadership, continuous improvement, HSE, and quality.

?? Profile Requirements:

Professional Degree in Engineering or related field
5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or industrial management
Fluent English, and French
Strong team leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work cross-functionally

?? Technical Expertise:

Knowledge in: CNC (Turning, Grinding, Milling, Drilling, Shaping, EDM), CMM, Heat & Surface Treatments, NDT
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Flow Management
Skilled in data analysis and structured problem solving

?? Software Tools:

MS Office, SAP, SyteLine, MS Project
Sinumerik, TopSolid, NC Simul, CATIA
