About the Role

The mission of this position is to provide support to internal clients from the commercial area with the requests related to product launches, service presentations, and project follow-up. Additionally, this role is responsible for preparing reports for Commercial Management and updating the platform.

Responsibilities

· Support during product launches

· Participation in fairs

· Delivery of presentations about the service

· Handling communications requests and supervising design materials requested from communications team

· Preparation of usage of the service reports

· Support for internal clients

· Project follow-ups

Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

· Experience: At least one year of experience in customer service, promotion, advertisement agencies, events planning or similar roles.

· Knowledge: Intermediate English and advanced excel.

Work Modality & Availability:

? Full-time and exclusive role and travel

? Hybrid work model. Must live within an hour of the workplace (Colonia del Valle, CDMX.)
