TARGET TECHNICAL COORDINATOR
Shift: Availability for full-time on-site work, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

POSITION OVERVIEW
We're looking for a Target Technical Coordinator to deliver remote technical support entirely in English and take ownership of key responsibilities within technology projects. This role involves handling incidents, supporting on-site technicians, and coordinating workflows to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide remote technical support for customer installations, relocations, and system upgrades.
Track and resolve incident tickets using platforms like email, 8x8, Slack, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, and others.
Review and process project documents and deliverables in a timely manner.
Ensure all tasks comply with internal standards and operational protocols.
Work closely with the support team to manage escalations and troubleshoot technical issues.
Maintain thorough records of completed tasks and deliver consistent status reports.
QUALIFICATIONS
?Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in technical support or coordination of IT-related projects.
Solid understanding of IT concepts including networking, user support, and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with tools such as ServiceNow, 8X8, Smartsheet, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook.
Strong skills in communication, organization, and fast problem-solving.
Preferred certifications or knowledge: CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA.
