Reporting to the Project Manager, you as a Project Engineer will be responsible for designs, develops, modifies, and evaluates options and makes complex design recommendations to fulfill requirements. Assesses results for applicability, validity, and conformance with design specifications. Performs moderate design and skilled technical tasks.

About de Job:

• Responsible to create drawings and formats used in the operations. Responsible to design and propose packaging solutions to avoid customer complaint and reduce the material cost. Assist engineers with the design, construction, test, modification, fabrication and assembly of tooling and equipment.
• Design and create label drawings and formats for the operation.
• Design and propose packaging solutions for the operation.
• Contribute to cost saving projects related with material and labor.
• Prepares reports and technical specifications.
• Conducts experimental tests and evaluates results. Complies with all established procedures to ensure safety, equipment and accuracy of results.
• Assists with project management of customer requirements.
• Assist engineers with the design, construction, test, modification, fabrication and assembly of tooling and equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

About you:

• Bachelor or university degree in Engineering
• Experiencie with LabelView software
• Knowledge of engineering practices
• Experience with Zebra and CabSquix printers
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office.
• Knowledge and experiencie working with AutoCad and SolidWork
• Strong communication skills
• Highly dynamic and proactive.
• High attention to detail.
