MAIN ACTIVITIES:

• Responsible to develop, implement automated systems / process
• Working knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet), Ignition, PLC, etc,
• Deep knowledge of robotics, and debugging.
• Responsible to introduce new software/hardware for production lines.
• Develop and implement new technologies.
• Technological poke-yoke implementations.
• Excellent technical, analytical, writing and communication skills.
• Strong digital literacy and ability to learn new software's tools.
• Strong focus on safety and quality.
• Strong sense of urgency and excellent communication at all levels of the organization.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• Engineering degree (Mechatronic, Electronic, Electromechanics)
• Experience in PLC: Allen Bradley and Siemens preferably
• Experience in software applications
• Fanuc Robotics Experience
• 1-3 years' experience on a similar position

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS

• Bilingual (80% English & Spanish) both oral and written
• Programming languages: RsLogix, Phyton, Java
• Communication protocols: TCP/IP, Serial, Industrial protocols
• Applications Development
• SQL Databases
• Six Sigma Methodologies
• Electric, electronic and pneumatic drawing reading
• Electric Control
