MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- Responsible to develop, implement automated systems / process
- Working knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet), Ignition, PLC, etc,
- Deep knowledge of robotics, and debugging.
- Responsible to introduce new software/hardware for production lines.
- Develop and implement new technologies.
- Technological poke-yoke implementations.
- Excellent technical, analytical, writing and communication skills.
- Strong digital literacy and ability to learn new software's tools.
- Strong focus on safety and quality.
- Strong sense of urgency and excellent communication at all levels of the organization.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- Engineering degree (Mechatronic, Electronic, Electromechanics)
- Experience in PLC: Allen Bradley and Siemens preferably
- Experience in software applications
- Fanuc Robotics Experience
- 1-3 years' experience on a similar position
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS
- Bilingual (80% English & Spanish) both oral and written
- Programming languages: RsLogix, Phyton, Java
- Communication protocols: TCP/IP, Serial, Industrial protocols
- Applications Development
- SQL Databases
- Six Sigma Methodologies
- Electric, electronic and pneumatic drawing reading
- Electric Control
