POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Target Technical Coordinator to provide remote technical support fully in English and oversee tasks related to technology projects. This position includes managing incidents, assisting on-site technicians, and ensuring smooth processes to maintain service reliability and excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver remote technical assistance for customer-related installations, relocations, and technology updates.
• Monitor and manage incident tickets through support platforms such as email, Slack, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, and others.
• Review and process project documentation and deliverables promptly.
• Ensure all activities adhere to internal standards and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with the support team to handle escalations and resolve technical issues.
• Keep detailed records of tasks performed and generate regular status updates.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in technical support or coordination of IT-related projects.
• Solid understanding of IT concepts including networking, user support, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook.
• Strong skills in communication, organization, and rapid problem-solving.
• Preferred certifications or knowledge: CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Availability for full-time on-site work, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
