Centris Information Services is a leading provider of high-quality, bilingual (English & Spanish) contact center services based in Longview, Texas, with major operations in Monterrey and Aguascalientes, Mexico.
We specialize in improving customer satisfaction, loyalty, retention, and revenue by combining high-touch with high-tech solutions for omni-channel communications.
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Site Supervisor to lead the day-to-day IT operations and infrastructure management at our Monterrey campus.
Key Responsibilities:

- Infrastructure Management: Oversee power systems, HVAC, and backup equipment (UPS, generators, etc.) to ensure continuous operation and perform preventive maintenance.
- IT & End-User Support: Ensure 24/7 availability of workstations (Windows/Linux), IP phones, printers, and other peripherals. Manage Active Directory, VPNs, firewalls, CRMs, and more.
- Network & Server Operations: Provide onsite support for LAN/WAN, switches, routers, access points, and perform basic server tasks (backups, updates, provisioning).
- Inventory & Asset Control: Maintain real-time inventory of IT equipment and supplies, conduct audits, and ensure proper asset tagging and documentation.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and schedule 1–3 onsite IT technicians, assign tasks, provide training, and monitor performance.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure SOC 2 and PCI DSS compliance, keep documentation updated, and support internal audits.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Act as the main IT point of contact for the Monterrey site, collaborating with HR, Operations, Facilities, and other IT teams. Communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
Education & Certification
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent field.
• Preferred certifications: CompTIA Network+, Linux+, MCSA, ITIL, or equivalent.
Experience
• 5+ years of IT operations experience, including:
o 3+ years in infrastructure and facilities-based IT support.
o 2+ years in supervisory or lead technician roles.
o Experience in call center, BPO, or 24/7 operational environments highly preferred
