Kiewit Mexico is seeking a highly motivated HSE assistant/clerk to join our growing construction team. As an HSE assistant/clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of all personnel and equipment on our job site. Responsibilities

• Assist with the development, implementation and maintenance of HSE policies and procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant HSE legislation and regulations.
• Assist with the identification and control of workplace hazards and potential risks.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
• Administer the site's HSE training program and maintain accurate training records.
• Collect and document incident data, investigate incidents, and prepare reports as required.
• Conduct safety meetings and help promote a positive safety culture.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in HSE or related field.
• Familiarity with applicable HSE legislation and regulations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
