YOUR TASKS

• Clarifying and defining constructive requirements together with the responsibleengineer, estimating construction efforts for individual assembly groups and components.

• Creatingwork packages and schedules.
• Creatingand controlling work packages for GDN (Global Development Network)
• Managingpartial projects and/or small teams with technical reference that could occurin the context of a development project.
• Coordinating and instructing team members in GDN (Global Development Network)
• Involvement in the creation of a performance specification on the basis of theavailable requirement specification, incl. requirement analysis.
• Preparingconstructive drafts using CAD data of customers in terms of individual assemblygroups and components, taking into account technical standards and economical aspects.
• Developing constructive solutions for assembly groups and components, takinginto account functional, material, manufacturing and economic aspects, workingout of constructions for detailed development.
• Conducting and initiating detailed works for assembly groups and components,working out all necessary 3D documents.
• Selecting the materials and standards to be used, determining tolerances andconducting drawing tests.
• Coordinating new or modified constructions during conceptual and fine-tuningphases, with concerned points like process planning, quality planning,construction, and laboratory.
• Overseeing the draft of a construction FMEA by taking into account customer demands.
• Initiating trials (mechanical, mechatronic) on test devices in coordinationwith responsible engineer, inclusion of results in construction of assemblygroups and components.
• Participating in testing of constructions in terms of property right issues inthe patent department.
• Continuous processing, interpreting and implementing of relevant technicalinformation from internal positions.
• Exchanging necessary data with those involved, both internally and externally.
• Indicating occurring target deviations to the responsible positions; indicatingexisting solution alternatives.
• Introducing special know-how and experience (materials, AVT).
