Create and manage technical product documentation
- Develop internal design documentation for future products working with Micron design engineering on feasibility of new product ideas, features and specs
- Validate and document new product capabilities by working with Micron PE (product engineering)/QA (quality assurance) and design
- Create and maintain design addendums and product specification datasheets
- Create technical notes to explain complex DRAM topics in a more understandable and user-friendly manner

Develop technical product training material and tools
- Develop product training material and product transition guides and to highlight the benefits of new features and functions
- Develop material that highlights current and future bottlenecks and concerns related to DRAM products
- Create or modify design tools such as power and performance calculators that can be used to design Micron DRAM products into systems

Enabling DRAM Products
- Review customer designs with internal teams including schematics, board files, PDN and thermal analysis to guide product designs and features
- Develop migration guides to be used to help clarify items to be considered when migrating from an older product to a new product

Define new products

- Work with internal engineering teams for new product features (form/fit/function) and feasibility studies

- Work with internal product management teams to develop business cases to assist in market feasibility

Required Skills

- Fluent in English

- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

- Strong presentation skills. Can convey complex technical topics to peers in an easy to understand and accurate manner

- Strong interpersonal skills and able to maintain positive relationships with colleagues

- Self-directed

- Tenacity

- Ability to understand and debug complex technical problems

- 3 or more years of DRAM experience

Favorable Skills

- DRAM design, DRAM Product engineering, or DRAM test engineering background

- Knowledgeable about semi-conductor testing philosophy and documentation

- Adobe FrameMaker experience

- Experience with Verilog, HSPICE, thermal modeling & PDN analysis

Education: BSEE/BSCE or equivalent
