The Maintenance Planner: Responsible for developing the maintenance program, the strategic schedules and the necessary procedures for the maintenance of the equipment.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Professional Engineering Degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology or relevant field.
Minimum of three to 3 years of relevant experience in the industrial environment.
Section III: Knowledge, Skills and Certifications
Have good knowledge of factory maintenance operation and building maintenance

Knowledge of both spoken and written English (60%)
Knowledge of total productive maintenance and lean production
Criticality analysis and FMEA, sustainability plans and risk analysis.
CMMS (Guide IT, MP, SAP, Maximo)

In-depth knowledge of equipment reliability
Knowledge of various craft skills: electrical, mechanical, controls, construction mechanisms, etc.
Skills to train and present in front of groups.
Great aptitude with computers and technology
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate upstream in the New Equipment Introduction process to influence its development (Design, Quality, ease of maintenance, accessibility, respect for BRP standard parts, documentation).
Analyze and propose the necessary spare parts for the equipment (quantity, min / max, delays, etc.). Discuss with OEM, challenge part wear, identify equivalencies
Develop and review different types of equipment maintenance (preventive, predictive, route, planned corrective)
Review the maintenance management program to improve and enhance plant and facility operations. Maintain work order system and report any recurring issues. Review recurring issues with supervisors for resolution or mitigation. Adjust preventive programs accordingly.
Work together with Industrial Engineering, Logistics and Operations for the highest risk teams and act together on plans to monitor them. Be a source of relevant information on the investments made by the interview.
Provide technical support to traders on concepts, recognized and effective working methods.
Install procedures to follow ISO standards
Creation of equipment file and documentation in the CMMS: assign asset number, identification photo, prepare the identification label, link all the necessary documents (drawings, operator's manual), analyze the spare parts (create and order them in the store) , add them to the equipment catalog, make sure the LOTO sheet has been done and linked with the CMMS
Monitor and analyze the status of installed equipment during its useful life and until it is available through our CMMS (obsolescence and sustainability)
Organize and propose actions to be taken through the established performance indicators to optimize the profitability of the assets.
Negotiate, order and schedule predictive, preventive and corrective actions planned with production / maintenance / outsourcing.
Receive and analyze the predictive reports received about equipment being monitored.
Develop/recommend tools/methods to improve equipment reliability.
Train the maintenance ship using the maintenance software and create a video tutorial and e-learning
Collect data, present and explain various KPIs and reports from the maintenance department (delays, on schedule, costs, downtime summary, cause and effect pares, criticality status, MTBF, etc.) and suggest action plans for the remediation
Develop and explain the balance sheet scorecard for supervisors.
Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for their function in relation to ISO9001:2015.
Comply with the security rules determined according to their role.
Comply on time the planned training related to Quality and Training.
Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions.
