The Digital Growth Marketer (Organic Traffic & Website UX) will be responsible for increasing organic traffic across regional websites and optimizing global SEO strategies to improve visibility, engagement, and conversions. This role will focus on content optimization, website UX improvements, and organic growth strategies across SEO, YouTube, and social channels, ensuring a data-driven approach to maximizing performance across international digital platforms.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Organic Traffic Growth & SEO Strategy
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and traffic across regional websites.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimizations, and technical SEO audits to enhance search visibility.
- Collaborate with content teams to optimize existing and new content for global SEO performance.
- Track and report on organic traffic growth, search rankings, and conversion impact across key markets.
Website UX & Conversion Optimization
- Identify and implement UX improvements that enhance user experience and drive higher engagement and conversions.
- Work with regional teams to ensure localized website experiences align with SEO and UX best practices.
- Analyze website navigation, page structure, and conversion paths to remove friction points and improve performance.
Content & Organic Growth Strategy
- Optimize YouTube content for discoverability (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails) to increase organic video reach.
- Support social media growth strategies focused on organic engagement (LinkedIn and YouTube in the short-term and Instagram in the long-term).
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze SEO, website UX, and organic traffic data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Create monthly reports and insights to track performance and inform strategy adjustments.
- Collaborate with marketing and regional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.
MAJOR CHALLENGES OF THIS ROLE:
Balancing Global and Regional SEO Needs
- Ensuring a unified global SEO strategy while adapting to regional market differences, language variations, and localized content needs.
Coordinating Across Multiple Teams
- Aligning SEO, content, and UX strategies across regional marketing teams, content teams, and website owners while maintaining efficiency and consistency.
Adapting to Algorithm and Market Changes
- Keeping up with SEO best practices, search algorithm updates, and organic platform trends (Google, YouTube, social).
Driving Organic Growth Without Paid Support
- Finding innovative ways to increase traffic and engagement organically without reliance on paid media.
This role is critical in driving organic traffic growth, improving website user experience, and increasing engagement across global digital properties. By optimizing SEO strategies and UX improvements, the Digital Growth Marketer directly impacts brand visibility, inbound traffic, and digital conversion rates. The role requires a high level of responsibility and autonomy, as organic traffic is a key performance driver for eCommerce and regional business growth.
