HR PATH MÉXICO, a consulting firm specialized in human resources and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) at a global level, is looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (RMK, RCM, ONB).

If you have experience in the implementation of international projects (especially in Canada and the U.S.), are well-versed in recruiting and onboarding processes, and hold certifications in these modules, we would love to meet you!

What will you do?

You will implement and support the Recruiting Marketing, Recruiting Management, and Onboarding (1.0 and 2.0) modules across various countries and industries. From design to training, your role will be key in ensuring a solid and efficient talent experience.

Key requirements:

• Certifications in RMK, RCM, ONB 1.0 and 2.0
• Advanced English
• 5 years of experience in implementation and support of RMK, RCM, and ONB 1.0/2.0
• Knowledge of SAP Activate, and integration with Employee Central and DocuSign
