Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform quality monitors and audits to detect opportunity areas.
• Assist operations by tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels.
• Monitor recorded calls, chat, and email cases.
• Attend and conduct monthly calibrations to evaluate and understand monitoring parameters and be aligned with the guidelines.
• Provide periodic feedback to representatives.
• Facilitate QA talks to new hires, develop training activities, material and huddles along with the training team.
• Assist the team where necessary in resolving discrepancies, if any, in the reports.
• Addressing any data error or issue raised by the managers and directors.
• Assist with larger projects/process changes as it relates to Business Operations/Digital.
• Cross-functional support among teams within the organization.
• Aid in creation of training programs for current and future systems.

What We Are Looking For:

• Typically requires a 2-year degree and 1-2 years of experience or a 2-year degree with equivalent related experience.
• Has advanced specialized skills or is multi-skilled through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience.
• Works independently; receives minimal guidance.
• Acts as an informal resource for colleagues.
• Identifies and resolves key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data.
• Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$24,808.33 - $29,258.16 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
