Requirements

Must have experience:
• A minimum of 4 years' experience on Linux Red Hat/Ubuntu.
• VMware ESX.
• Development Scripting,coding in bash, python, Ruby, and/or Perl.
• High-end troubleshooting complex issues
• Good communication skills.
• DNS and networking understanding required.
• Familiarity with configuration management platforms (Chef, JAMF, Ansible, etc.)
• Willing to rotate shifts, work afternoon shifts, and weekends.

Nice to have experience:
• Automation of service delivery, preferably with the VMware vRealize suite of tools (vRealize Operations Manager, Automation, Log Insight, etc.)
• Experience working within a SDLC environment.
• Experience building a Hybrid cloud environment

Responsibilities
• Proven ability to analyze hardware, software, and networking-related items to provide future technical direction.
• Must be willing to work on-call rotations including weekends.
