Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and selection in the logistics sector (required)
- Advanced English skills (required).
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Pedagogy, or a related field.
- Knowledge of the full recruitment cycle.
- Effective communication skills.
- A strong sense of urgency and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment process in the logistics sector.
- Search for candidates through different channels (cold searching and headhunting).
- Oversee recruitment platforms and coordinate the internal hiring process.
- Update reports regularly.
- Communicate with supervisors and managers regarding required profiles.
- Participate in Human Resources projects.
- Onboarding, offboarding, 1:1 meetings, reports, and document collection.
Additional Information:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | On-site
- Salary: Base salary (in USD) + recruitment and onboarding bonuses.
- Location: IZA Business Centers, Santiago de Querétaro.
