We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated and experienced Recruiter to our HR Department based out of our Queretaro's office.

On site: Monday to Friday 8 am to 2 pm

Responsibilities:

• Support in identifying training and development needs within the organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes, and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments.
• Assist in designing, expanding, and managing training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual.
• Help deliver system training to existing staff, both one-on-one and group sessions.
• Contribute to developing effective induction programs for new staff, apprentices, and graduate trainees.
• Participate in first-month check-ins/skills analysis with new starters to provide follow-up systems training if required.
• Assist in setting up and administering users in software applications.
• Support in evaluating training and development programs, and preparing reports for management in areas such as usage, engagement, and performance.
• Assist the Systems Administrator on ad hoc projects as required, including systems implementations, process improvement, and data cleansing.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in International Business, Pedagogy, Psychology, Administration, or a related field.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, enthusiastic individual with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• High attention to detail and oriented towards precision.
• Proficiency in English is a must.
