Capgemini Aguascalientes is looking for a Supply Chain Junior PMO!

Main responsibilities:

• Support and coordinate project plans, risks and issues.
• Keep control of the project's documentation and work shadowing tracking.
• Set up and control project governance (project status, controls and reports).
• Control consistency and discipline of project governance, escalate problems to transition manager, transition executive or change manager.
• Detailed follow up on day-to-day deliverables and milestones of the project plan with all the project stakeholders
• Participate in transition meetings and conference calls as per agreed governance and records (through meeting minutes) the important actions and approvals (such as Tollgates, Steering Committee meetings etc.).
• Keep the transparency around deliverables expected at any point of transition and gathers updates from the transition team.
• Control and coordinates Share Points and repositories used during transition project.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain executing junior PMO tasks such as the ones described above.
• ?Strong communication skills.
• Solid administrative skills.
• Deep understanding on how supply chain projects work.
• Experience working with smartsheets and copilot.
• Strong client facing capabilities.
• Advanced English proficiency.
