Oracle Cloud Talent Management Consultant

At Your It Pros, we are seeking this position to work directly with Deloitte, one of our largest clients in the industry.

• The work schedule is hybrid (office visits approximately twice a week). They have offices in Monterrey, Guadalajara, and Querétaro.
• If you reside in another city or state, a relocation bonus is offered.
• Salary of $50,000.00 gross to $52,900.00 gross per month.

Skills:

• Minimum experience of 3 years.
• Advanced English.
• Proven track record of managing full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM, specifically Talent Management.
• Strong understanding of Rating Models, Item Catalog, Content Sections, Eligibility Profile, Questionnaire and Questionnaire Templates, Check-In, Performance and Feedback Templates.
• ERP Consulting, with a focus on Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Management module.
• Experience in configuration tasks DFF, EFF, EIT, Value Sets, Common Lookups, Workflow and Approval Talent Management processes.
• Experience in Personalization using Page Composer and Design studio.
• Familiar with Reporting tools like OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts.
• Familiar with Oracle Fusion security design and structure.
• Understanding of Data loaders, Spreadsheet loaders, Personalization/Customizations, reporting tools.

Preferred:

• Oracle Fusion Talent Management Certified.
• Experience in implementing Talent Management.
• Knowledge of one or more of Core HR, Learn, ORC module is a plus.
