Position Title: Analyst Cash Applier USA-CA

Reports to: Supervisor Cash Application US & Canada

Dept / Function: Global Business Services, OTC / Cash application

Summary:

Keeps financial records organized and performs cash processing task as bank conciliation, payment application, clearing Invoices, offset process and search deduction backups for dispute cases, also answer customer inquiries when necessary. Ensure adequate follow-up to the administration of H01 deductions of US and Canada Regions through supports in accordance with the established process.

Responsibilities:

Analyze accounts receivable transactions to ensure compliance with payment application through Check lockbox, wire transfers, EFT, offsets applications, account conciliation, bank payment research.

Research and validate the support documentation for deduction dispute cases on customer payments or through customer portals and generic emails

Analyze Deduction worklist and properly reason code codification for dispute cases coming from customer payments application.

Attending meetings with existing AR credit Team to leverage best practices.

Attending trainings assigned to Analyst Cash applier learning catalog.

Skills And Abilities:

· Basic accounting knowledge

· To demonstrate advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, special focus on Excel.

Education: Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related areas.

Experience: 2 years in Accounts Receivable experience. Desirable Cash Application. Desirable deduction management experience
