Materials Planning Analyst

TARGET:

PMC Clerk is to handle data input and record-keeping within our ERP systems (SAP and MFG/Pro) to support material control and production planning activities. This role is critical for ensuring accurate inventory and production data, supporting smooth operations, and assisting the PMC team in managing materials and production schedules.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.

-Basic understanding of inventory control, material flow, and production processes.

-Familiarity with manufacturing workflows, especially in stamping, plastic injection, and casing assembly processes.

-Computer skills (Microsoft Office, particularly Excel)..

ACTIVITIES:

-Record incoming materials from suppliers into the ERP system (SAP for assembly materials and MFG/Pro for metal and plastic parts) based on warehouse receiving records.

-Input data for completed or semi-completed production parts stocked into the warehouse, as provided by the warehouse team.

-Update the ERP system for material deliveries to production based on warehouse picklist records.

-Record finished goods deliveries in the ERP system according to warehouse documentation.

-Ensure all data entries are timely, accurate, and compliant with company procedures.

-Assist the PMC Controller and PMC Supervisor with material control by monitoring stock levels and ensuring accurate data in the ERP system.

-Help track production schedules and update records to align with production planning needs.

-Support the PMC team in resolving any discrepancies or errors related to inventory and material movements.

-Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth communication of material movements and accurate documentation.

-Collaborate with production teams to align data records with production timelines and requirements.

-Provide support to the PMC Controller and Supervisor on tasks related to production planning and material flow.

-Generate reports from the ERP system to support material and production tracking.

-Maintain organized documentation for all data input activities.

-Assist in preparing periodic reports on inventory, production, and material control as needed.
