Responsabilidades

Now Hiring at our MSA Safety Queretaro Mexico Manufacturing Plant for a Production Operator on 1st Shift.

Objective

• Meet 100% of the productivity target (number of pieces and/or products), strictly following the safety and quality guidelines of the production process.

Main Responsibilities

• Assembly and fitting of components for the manufacturing of finished products.
• Textile sewing using straight, automatic pattern, and special machines.
• Operation of specialized and adapted machinery for raw material processing.
• Compliance with internal safety regulations and technical specifications.
• Other support activities related to the manufacturing of our products.

Required Knowledge

• Basic math skills.
• Ability to understand and follow customer drawings and work instructions.
• Knowledge of industrial sewing (preferred).

Competencies

• Adaptability.
• Teamwork.
• Ability to understand and carry out tasks as instructed.
• Focus and attention to detail.

Requisitos

Requirements: Education and Experience

• Primary school completed (mandatory). Secondary education preferred.
• At least one year of work experience, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.

What Does MSA Offer You?

• Daily wage: $314.22 MXN
• Temporary training and onboarding contract for 90 days
