Job Description & Summary A career in People Operations, within Business Services, delivers transactional and strategic support across the entire human capital lifecycle. You'll focus on helping the local offices in driving the Firm's people strategy, creating a unique people experience for each individual, and supporting our Firm-wide values by working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and Firm-wide success in the marketplace. Our People Operations teams support initiatives and programmes across 8 enablement teams primarily based in Tampa, FL; Talent Acquisition Enablement, Deployment Enablement, Talent Enablement Center, Third party Enablement, People Operations Enablement, Mobility Enablement, People Technology, People Operations Delivery and Solutions CoE.
The Deployment Enablement Team provides operational support for the Deployment life cycle; including forecasting & utilization, time/revenue recovery and staffing talent to meet business needs.

Create and maintain documentation for deployment and TalentLink processes;
Create and deliver deployment training to new team members;
Collaborate with internal clients and other stakeholder groups to identify process improvement opportunities;
Facilitate execution of deployment enablement team deliverables;
Provide oversight of and coaching/development to a team who are providing tactical support performing the following activities including TalentLink updates, utilization forecasting, timesheet analysis, follow on actions for full revenue recovery, sending staff confirmation communications as well as a variety of reporting and analysis mainly related to load balancing of resources;
Serve as an escalation point for the team;
Collaborate with all lines of service and TalentLink users to identify improvements to the technology and processes, scope requirements and impacts related to proposed changes;
Analyze current and future technology/process needs and recommend enhancements and solutions;
Provide oversight of and coaching/development to a team who are providing tactical support performing the following activities including TalentLink updates, utilization forecasting, timesheet analysis, follow on actions for full revenue recovery, sending staff confirmation communications as well as a variety of reporting and analysis mainly related to load balancing of resources;
Possess extensive knowledge of TalentLink technology and HR and cross lines of service deployment processes and related areas including business drivers and financial implications of utilization, forecasting, etc.;
Facilitate execution of deployment enablement team deliverables;
Execute the Demand Management strategy as set by the CoE and oversee the day-to-day process support while interacting with counterparts in the field (Demand Consultants);
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and drive adoption of common deployment practices, identify and oversee continuous improvement efforts and champion change management efforts related to Demand Management and utilization of the Enablement team;
Oversee documentation, communications, as well as team training design and delivery for consistency;
Establish service delivery adherence to agree upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs); and,
Manage direct reports to determine team workflow and job priorities as well as establish quality and timely completion of agreed upon items in scope (some cyclical, some ad hoc).
