Hybrid: This position requires to work 3 days on site 2 days at home remote on a full-time basis

GBS Mfg. Services Analyst will be in charge of :

• Act as a link between the different departments and the GBS service site.
• Attend customer requirements in their native language.
• Attend customer phone calls and perform the standard survey.
• Provide to the customer the work order number.
• Input work orders in Maximo System.
• Activity KPI's analysis and follow up.
• Use GMS principles to deliver all services activities required by the costumers.
• Execute activities on time to deliver quality service to the customers.
• Support the champion of BPD & Perform different tasks in their area of responsibility to achieve BPD Goals.
• Promote teamwork in the Group.
• Communicated efficiently & continuously with their customers and leaders.
• Promote the Continuous improvement in all the activities or process to be developed.
• Implement and Standardize work procedures.
• Support main activities in all areas of opportunity to provide GBS Mfg. Services based on the core business.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls requirements.
• Work to achieve BPD objectives

Preferred Qualifications:

Key Skills Program sharepoint, Nine, Power BI, SQL, Power apps, willingness to learn Portuguese

Bachelor's Degree: Systems engineering Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechatronic Engineer and all Engineering related

English Level: Advanced.
