We are seeking an Import Export Analyst part of our Schneider Electric

Main Activitie

• Daily Import Export Operation

• Customs Documentation

• Achieve the legal dispositions and applicable procedures by Customs and Plant

• Collaborate efficiently with Competency Center

• Business Partnering with Custom Brokers and Operation

• Inventory control and database integrity

• Fixed assets management

• Record Keeping management

• Preparation of weekly and monthly metric

• Assure and control the service level of the Custom Brokers and Operation

Educational Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in International Trade, Business or Finance

• English - Advanced 90% written and oral skills, with the ability to establish business conversation

Technical Requirement

• 1-2 Years of Experience

• Knowledge of IMMEX Program Administration, RCGMCE and Six Sigma

• Experience managing logistics and International Trade

• Medium skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point & Access)

• Basic Knowledge of PROSEC, NAFTA, NEEC, VAT Certification
