NOW HIRING: Bilingual Customer Service Representatives – Financial Support –

Location: Puebla, Mexico

Salary: $15,500 MXN/month + performance-based bonuses & additional value perks

Schedule: Monday to Sunday – Rotating shifts between 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails
• Support customers with financial solutions 
• Provide empathetic, customer-centric service with a persuasive approach
• Help clients understand options and work toward positive outcomes

You Must Have:

• B2 or higher English level – verbal and written
• 6 months or higher experience in call center customer service
• Background in financial support or debt negotiation is a plus
• A people-first attitude – friendly, talkative, and great at explaining things
• Full availability for rotating shifts between 6 AM and 6 PM, any day of the week
