1. Purpose
Ensure that product, customer, and business requirements are defined and consistently met throughout the manufacturing processes, continuously improving performance and efficiency.

None.
3. Dimensions of the Position
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and optimize current processes.
- Draft and implement process improvements to drive key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support the development of risk assessments and mitigation plans.
- Design, test, and validate new or modified processes.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
- Develop routines and best practices to guarantee product quality, including CNC programming, oven cycles, and equipment calibration.
- Create and update documentation such as standardized work instructions, PFMEAs, and process sheets.
- Participate in root cause analysis and improvement actions related to customer complaints and internal rejections.
- Generate requisitions for tools and equipment required for process enhancements or new product introductions.
- Coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.
- Create and validate process routes and Bills of Materials (BOMs), as needed.
4. Key Result Areas
- Performance of processes in terms of Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost.
5. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred specialization in manufacturing, mechanical, or industrial engineering).
6. Experience
- Minimum of two years in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
7. Knowledge
- Proficient in problem-solving tools such as 8D, Six Sigma, and 5 Whys.
- Understanding of refractory manufacturing processes.
- Experience with CNC machinery and programming.
- Skilled in the use of measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
- Competent in interpreting technical drawings.

- Proficiency in software tools such as Minitab, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
- Effective verbal and written communication in English.
