Job Requirements

• University degree.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, CP, problem-solving, and GD&T.

Job Responsibilities

• Verify the integrity and accuracy of required documents.
• Meet annual quality department objectives.
• Participate in activities related to IATF 6949.
• Comply with IATF 16949 requirements applicable to the area.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Approve suppliers for Kirchhoff Automotive.
• Report non-conformities in materials or processes.
• Review inspection reports.
• Follow up on control plans and APQP with clients.
• Monitor disposition of non-conforming and quarantined materials.
• Coordinate corrective actions with suppliers.
• Provide education and training for suppliers as needed.
• Evaluate the quality of materials delivered by suppliers.
• Follow up on supplier improvement plans.
• Coordinate credit notes for defective materials.
• Generate monthly evaluations and share results with suppliers.
• Collaborate on corrective actions for customer rejections related to suppliers.
• Assist in continuous improvement projects.
