We are Hiring Platform Support Analyst.

JOB DUTIES:

- Respond to technical tickets and phone calls initiated by our customers.

- Troubleshoot Windows, SQL databases, Azure, networking, custom services, Net core

- Work both collaboratively and independently within a team environment

- Identify and communicate process improvement suggestions

- Incident management and escalation

- Collaborate with other teams and departments to improve the customer experience

- Willingness to work in an on-call environment

Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Passionate about customer service and technology

- Experience with and/or strong aptitude for being efficient with relevant technology

- Strong analytical skills

- Advanced English proficiency
