In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Non-conforming product management in the MRB & RTV areas.
• Initiate supplier corrective action requests (SCAR) for major part nonconformances.
• Participate in troubleshooting for received items from the supplier, material identified on the shop floor, and Customer issues.
• Perform supplier audits according to the standard established by Emerson (ESAC)
• Conduct training with the supplier on the production part approval process (PPAP) requirements.
• Conduct final review and approval on all production part approval submittals (FA's)
• Develop the supplier by the DPPM KPI's established by Emerson.
• Perform the SCORECARD on the supplier with the support of the purchasing team for evaluation.
• Coordinate material purges in a warehouse for non-conforming material.
• Review of non-conforming product in manufacturing.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5'S Methodology.
• Management and knowledge of statistical process control (SPC, GR&R studies, MSA).
• Management and knowledge of 8D's discipline.
• Internal auditor in ISO 9001.
• Knowledge in Foundry, Heat Treatment, Welding and Machining Processes
• Operational excellence training.
• Knowledge of standard norms (ASTM, ASME, MSS-SP55).
• Knowledge of measuring instruments.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Advanced English (B1, C2, C1)
• Knowledge in GD&T & Core Tools
