The Facility Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the effective maintenance and operational reliability of the building infrastructure, systems, and equipment. This role involves ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards across all facility operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, PCI and mechanical systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, HSE and Civil Protection and company policies.
Supervise third-party service providers and contractors during facility-related projects.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory.
Find and negotiate with Vendors for Products and Services.
Support energy-saving initiatives and recommend upgrades or improvements.
Respond to emergency maintenance issues as needed, including after-hours support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering or a related field.
3+ years of experience in building or facility maintenance.
Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, fire protection, plumbing, and general construction.
Proficiency in using Office 365
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
English proficiency written and spoken. B2+
