Now we´re looking for a Advanced Quality Engineer with the following requirements:

Knowledge/Skills

Bachelor of Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Industrial. More than 3 years of experience in NEW product development processes and transfer projects, emphasizing design, manufacturing, quality, test or reliability activities.
Technical conversational English level (bilingual desirable). / Ability to travel 25% of time (including international).
Expert of RCA methods as 8D, A3. Previous relevant experience with statistic data analysis and softwares (Minitab)
Advanced knowledge and experience in core tools usage (APQP, PAP, MSA, SPC, AMEF, CP)
Advanced knowledge in hydraulics systems, mechanical and electronics subjects.
Ability for decision making based on data and proper risk assessment.

Work activities

Handle full quality validation process of complex and urgent Transfers projects.
Develop and validate key quality documents to ensure proper readiness of the projects. ( CP, QRS, etc)
Lead teams for RCA of issues happened during QB using advanced skills of problem-solving methods.
Communicate and escalate in a proper way any risk associated with quality issues during any project stage.
Participate in continuous improvement and QMS topics.
