Sanhua Automotive, a global leader in thermal management solutions for new energy vehicles, is looking for a Process Engineer to join our team in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:

?? Lead the process development and technical management of water-cooled plate products within the thermal management system for electric and hybrid vehicles.

?? Oversee and optimize key processes including NOCOLOK brazing, painting, and gluing.

?? Ensure process stability, high yield, and cost-efficiency.

?? Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production quality and performance.

?? Support new product introductions, tooling and equipment debugging, and collaborate across departments to solve technical challenges.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience in thermal systems or automotive manufacturing preferred
• Strong understanding of brazing, painting, and bonding processes
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Fluent in English
