Analyst to join its Financial Services Practice in Mexico City.

What You'll Do
As a Research Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting leadership search and advisory assignments. Your research and insights will contribute directly to client strategies and help build a strong talent pipeline for senior-level positions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market and talent research across industries
- Build executive profiles, target company lists, and industry mapping
- Generate clear, client-ready reports and presentation materials
- Join kick-off meetings and support the development of search strategies
- Track executive movements and maintain accurate internal databases
- Collaborate with consultants and research teams across global offices

Minimum qualifications:
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, International Relations, Organizational Psychology, or related fields
- 1–2 years of experience in research, business intelligence, consulting, or data analysis (internships or trainee roles count)
- International experience through study abroad, work placements, internships, or volunteering
- Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2) – written and spoken (Mandatory)
- Strong analytical thinking, synthesis, communication, and writing skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities
