Are you fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese? This opportunity is for you!

What do you need to apply?
- Advanced English, Spanish and Portuguese (essential)
- Experience in IT technical support (desirable, but not essential)
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone
- Experience with a strong focus on customer service
Responsibilities
- Address inquiries and provide assistance to our clients' employees
- Communication via calls, chat, and/or messages
- This is NOT a sales position
What we offer
- $130 MXN per hour
- 5% savings fund

Available schedules: 100% ON SITE 2:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Reforma offices in CDMX
