Join our team as:

Senior Electrical Project Engineer

In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Leading CAPEX projects from conceptualization (basic and detailed engineering development), contractor selection, construction, and commissioning in your area of expertise (electrical, instrumentation, and control) for paper mills including new plants, expansions, and/or modifications contributing to the division's growth, legal compliance, and performance.
• Supervising work execution with a strong focus on worker safety, conducting regular site inspections to ensure the desired outcomes.
• Creating work schedules, managing time and resources to meet established objectives.
• Managing projects in accordance with PMI (Project Management Institute) standards.

What we're looking for:

• Education: Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Instrumentation Engineering.
• Experience: At least 5 years in electrical engineering project management (mandatory).
• Proven experience managing CAPEX projects and applying project management methodologies.
• Strong technical knowledge in medium and low voltage systems, instrumentation, and control.
• Advanced/Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Availability to work at our Cerro Gordo plant in Ecatepec de Morelos.
