MX & LAM Agile Ways of Working Lead
Role Purpose. This job profile provides a broad overview of the Job MX&LAM Agile Ways of Working Lead and is not intended to exhaustively describe the job. The role leads the adoption to the Agile Ways of Working actively improved in MX & LAM through engage and influence a wide spectrum of stakeholders and partners across HSBC.
Main activities:
• Broad knowledge of the Bank's International structure, and in-depth knowledge of Agile methodology and Change Framework.
• Solid knowledge of the Bank's Systems and Platforms landscape, and a strong understanding of processes and procedures in order to identify and recommend solutions to support the business.
• The individual must be able to make recommendations to facilitate the implementation of Agile practices across the enterprise and drive the adoption of HSBC standards and work in alignment with HSBC methodology at all times.
• Advanced Leadership skills to effectively lead/motivate the team and excellent skills in relationship and general business management. The position requires expert team building skills to create and sustain highly motivated groups within diverse and multi-functional reporting units that are most often not within the candidate's direct supervision.
• Be able to manage PI Planning events across the entity with a participation of more than 1,500 individuals, and support PI Planning delivery across LAM. Ability to adhere to current Agile Playbook and continuously improving it including enterprise-wide prioritization and change-the-bank demand management procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal. The candidate should be bilingual (Spanish-English). The candidate must have proven ability to deal with all levels of line management (individually or in committee); chairing meetings involving diverse Bank organizations and management levels. He/she must have an expert ability to balance competing/ conflicting goals of various stakeholders, requiring a mature, diplomatic approach and highly developed negotiation, conflict resolution, and influencing skills.
• Transformation Program work can be very dynamic; and as such, candidates must be flexible and comfortable dealing with change/ambiguity. The individual must adapt to an environment of uncertainty and shifts in priority. Highly developed cultural sensitivity in order to operate effectively across cultural and language differences is required as well.

Requirements
Working experience in agile adoption or agile project implementations.
Leading teams with both local and global stakeholders from multi-disciplinary markets.
Implementing continuous improvement, lean practices or six sigma related streamlining efforts across multiple teams
Implementing scaled agile, SAFe, LESS or other enterprise wide methodology adoption.
