We are seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Director to join our team in Aguascalientes. This is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition within the IT industry, with at least 10 years of total experience and 5 years focused on IT talent. The role demands leadership, strategy development, and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
Requirements:
+ 10 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in IT talent acquisition.
Experience in developing and implementing talent acquisition policies, procedures, and strategies.
Proficiency in creating and managing talent acquisition programs and tracking performance through KPIs.
Familiarity with best practices in talent acquisition, including the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards specific to the industry.
Fully bilingual, with excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Strong leadership skills, able to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience.
Proficiency in Office Suite tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams) and SuccessFactors.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business needs.
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and acquire top talent, particularly in the IT industry.
Create and maintain policies, procedures, and programs that ensure an efficient and effective recruitment process.
Track and analyze recruitment KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing the hiring process.
Oversee the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards, ensuring effective candidate sourcing and management.
Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Lead a team of recruiters, providing mentorship and fostering a high-performance culture.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure a competitive talent acquisition strategy.
Ensure a positive candidate experience, from initial contact through onboarding, maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure alignment of talent acquisition with broader organizational initiatives.
