As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll handle incoming calls, provide solutions, assist with account management, and answer general inquiries—all while ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a Call Center or Contact Center
• B2 level English or higher (mandatory)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in both English and Spanish)
• Strong customer service skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Proficiency in PC usage, especially Windows-based applications
• High school diploma or higher
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Must live within 90 minutes of the job site
