platform services that enable usage of LLMs and multimodal models
across Zillow Group businesses.

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and expert Technical Program Manager
to join our Human-in-the-loop (HITL) team, to act as a Solutions
Architect. This exciting role is two-fold. First, by being the technical
liaison with internal teams (Engineering, ML Engineers, Applied
Scientists) requiring our HITL services. Second, implementating
Sagemaker of the various labeling efforts we may require. Our partners
teams Front End Engineers will be available for sophisticated coding
requirements for a given solution.
Your role will also lead crafting and implementing scalable and efficient
solutions using AWS Sagemaker Ground Truth or similar platform tools.
We will often get projects of similar type (classification, transcription)
and we want to be able to maximize the reuse of templates. Your
experience will help us in refining the HITL processes to improve the
performance and accuracy of our machine learning systems.

This role has been categorized as a teleworker position. Teleworkers do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any part of Mexico, but preferably in Mexico City, as we would encourage attendance for occasional in-office events.

You Will Get To:

• Architect end-to-end solutions using AWS Sagemaker Ground Truth (or similar platform tools) to address our clients' machine learning and data labeling requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, data scientists, and engineers to understand business objectives and technical requirements, and convert them into robust and scalable solutions.
• Design and implement data labeling workflows, including HITL processes, to ensure high-quality labeled data for training machine learning models.
• Mentor and train AI Operations Managers running day-to-day processes.
• Develop strategies for refining the HITL process, optimizing the interaction between automated algorithms and human annotators, andstreamlining the feedback loop.
• Collaborate with the engineering team on model integration, infrastructure setup, and deployment strategies.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Confirmed experience (2-3 years) as a Technical Program Manager, with a strong background in machine learning and AWS Sagemaker Ground Truth or similar platform tools.
• In-depth knowledge of AWS cloud services, particularly Sagemaker, A2I, S3, and EC2.
• Experience crafting and implementing data labeling workflows, including HITL processes, and familiarity with annotation tools and data management.
• Programming skills in languages such as Python are a nice bonus. Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and frameworks.

• Disenar soluciones de principio a fin utilizando AWS Sagemaker Ground Truth (o herramientas similares) para abordar requisitos de Machine Learning y etiquetado de datos de nuestros clientes.
• Colaborar con clientes, ingenieros de datos y de sistemas para comprender los objetivos comerciales y los requisitos tecnicos, y convertirlos en soluciones solidas y escalables.

Perfil

• Licenciatura o experiencia equivalente en Ciencias de la Computacion, Machine Learning o un campo relacionado.
• Experiencia (2-3 anos) como Gerente de Programas Tecnicos, con conocimiento sólido en Machine Learning y AWS Sagemaker Ground Truth o herramientas de plataforma similares.
• Conocimiento profundo de los servicios cloud de AWS, en particular Sagemaker, A2I, S3 y EC2.
• Experiencia en la creacion e implementacion de flujos de trabajo de etiquetado de datos, incluidos los procesos HITL, y familiaridad con herramientas de anotacion y gestion de datos.
• Habilidades de programacion en lenguajes como Python son deseables.
