Descripción
- Ensure strict adherence to OEM, Tier 1 and service customer delivery standards, including timely submission of ASNs, shipping documentation, and order confirmations.
- Monitor customer scorecards via automotive portals (e.g., Covisint, SupplyOn, OEM proprietary systems); proactively address KPIs to safeguard delivery ratings.
- Analyze and dispute logistics penalties including demurrage, freight variances, cubage miscalculations, and under-shipments.
- Manage and update firm customer orders to anticipate production variability and flag potential risks to monthly revenue targets.
- Troubleshoot IDoc errors from EDI transmissions; enable clean order processing and minimize disruptions to production sequencing.
- Prepare detailed demand and delivery reports segmented by customer, part number, and shelf life—supporting traceability for just-in-time delivery commitments.
- Align shipment scheduling with warehouse dispatch teams; maintain accurate customer master data in SAP/S4H and communicate seamlessly with the commercial team.
- Coordinate delivery changes and disruptions in professional English; engage directly with automotive clients to reinforce trust and proactive planning.
- Respond to last-minute drop-in orders by assessing production feasibility and updating promised delivery dates to balance plant constraints.
- Champion automation and digital integration for order entry and delivery tracking; reduce manual errors and improve process speed.
- Collaborate closely with production, materials, engineering, and quality teams to uphold commitments; drive compliance against core automotive KPIs like DPPM, OTIF, and ASN accuracy.
Your Skills & Strengths:
- Bachelor's Degree / Industrial Engineering / Foreign Trade / Administration / International Business
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience with FORD, GM, STELLANTIS
- SAP (SD modules).
- Communication, analytical and organizational skills.
- Motivated, customer and detail oriented.
- Advance English level
- Handling customer master data in ERP and familiar with export process and its required documentation
- Handling Excel at a high level (Power Query, Power Pivot, advanced pivot tables, dashboards, macros, dynamic arrays).
- Dynamic and with the capacity for abstraction and analysis. Waterfall analysis, forecast accuracy concepts.
