We Are Looking For MLOps / DevOps Engineer to build and maintain robust ML infrastructure and automation pipelines. This role focuses on enabling seamless model deployment and orchestration in cloud environments. You will work closely with data science teams to streamline workflows and scale AI solutions efficiently, while applying modern DevOps and software engineering practices.

Technical Skills – Must Have:

• 3+ years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or related engineering roles
• Strong proficiency in Python and Go (Java familiarity acceptable)
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD workflows (GitHub/GitLab)
• Hands-on experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code tools
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
• Proficient in designing and deploying REST and GraphQL APIs using Java/Spring Boot
• Experience working with ML workflow tools such as MLFlow, Vertex AI, or similar
• Cloud knowledge: familiarity with AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Comfortable with Kafka streaming and distributed systems
• Ability to write clean, testable code (unit & integration tests)

Technical Skills – Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Confluent Cloud
• Working knowledge of Python for scripting or automation tasks
• Exposure to backend support, data engineering, or system integration design

Soft Skills & Core Competencies:

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to think holistically about system design and integration
• Effective collaboration across engineering and data science teams
• High attention to detail and commitment to code quality
• Strong understanding of security practices in cloud/containerized environments
• Passion for automating manual processes using GenAI or similar tools
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, distributed environments
• Clear communication and ownership mindset
• Willingness to participate in daily stand-ups (10AM PST)

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
