We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support clinical operations by managing client workflow data, ensuring timely uploads, tracking performance, and delivering actionable reports. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, driving operational efficiency, and supporting strategic decisions through data insights. This position involves working closely with operational leaders, production teams, and client-facing stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Workflow & Data Management
Upload daily client inventory data into the internal workflow system before the start of production shifts.
Monitor the processing of inventory in accordance with client instructions to ensure service compliance and delivery timelines.
Provide operational support related to internal and client systems to maintain seamless workflow.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze workflow and operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
Generate and deliver regular performance reports to management and clients.
Translate data insights into recommendations to support operational and business decisions.
Operational Support & Process Improvement
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline data flows and enhance reporting capabilities.
Support initiatives to automate and optimize workflow processes.
Contribute to operational strategies that improve service quality and reduce costs.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Statistics, Engineering, Business, Data Science).
Experience or strong academic background in data analysis, reporting, or operational analytics.
Clinical or healthcare-related knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
Skills & Competencies
Excel Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel required; experience with VBA is a plus.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings clearly.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
Problem Solving: Resourceful and proactive in identifying and solving data-related challenges.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Curiosity: Comfortable working with systems and open to learning internal tools.
Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with HIPAA, information security, and internal HR policies.
