We are looking for a passionate and skilled Media Operations Specialist to lead and execute video production efforts for Infinix across Latin America. This role includes everything from daily trending TikTok shoots to high-end TVC-level commercial productions. You will be responsible for ensuring all video content reflects brand standards and engages the regional audience across platforms. You should have strong storytelling instincts, advanced technical production skills, and a creative eye for content that resonates.
You will also collaborate with local and regional teams and may travel to supervise high-level productions in other LATAM countries.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit high-quality videos, ranging from short-form TikTok content to professional-level TV commercials.
Identify viral trends and #topics on TikTok and other social platforms, and develop creative video content based on those trends.
Collaborate with the Mexico TikTok Live Streaming Team and LATAM marketing teams to produce a variety of videos including:
Event coverage
Product showcases
2D animation videos
Short-form creative campaigns
Behind-the-scenes and influencer content
Incorporate mobile gaming themes and smartphone features into short videos that appeal to target audiences.
Supervise and support video shoots across different LATAM countries, ensuring cultural appropriateness, local relevance, and creative consistency.
Manage video production workflows including pre-production planning, on-set direction, and post-production editing.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in professional video production, with proven skills in:
High-quality camera operation (DSLR, mirrorless, or professional video cameras)
Studio and natural lighting setup
Sound recording for video
Post-production editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects)
A strong portfolio showcasing storytelling, cinematography, and editing skills, both in short-form content and high-end commercial formats.
In-depth knowledge of TikTok trends, short video formats, and audience behavior on social media platforms.
Ability to manage end-to-end video projects: concept, storyboarding, shooting, directing, editing, and publishing.
Experience working with animation, motion graphics, and subtitling is a plus.
Familiarity with mobile phone industry or mobile gaming content is preferred.
Strong cultural awareness across Latin American countries — understanding local customs, visual preferences, and potential sensitivities.
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
