About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team, someone who excels at creative problem-solving and takes ownership across the stack. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining both the front-end and back-end of our web applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex web applications.

Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability across the stack.

Architect scalable backend systems and responsive frontend interfaces.

Define and implement coding standards, best practices, and development workflows.

Integrate and deploy AI tools and LLMs into core features or workflows.

Ensure the reliability, security, and maintainability of our software systems.

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

6+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.

Deep expertise in modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).

Proficient in Python, with experience in backend development, data pipelines, API integration, and production deployment of AI/ML models using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

Proficient in designing and querying relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).

Solid understanding of API design (REST, GraphQL) and microservices architecture.

Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Ollama, etc.), including their integration into applications or workflows.

Strong knowledge of system architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization.
