Location: The position is based in Irapuato, Guanajuato.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop a database for the warehouse area
• Document procedures for shipments, receiving, and order fulfillment
• Identify areas for improvement and time reduction in the warehouse
• Manage virtual clients
• Follow up on tasks related to customer complaints
• Understand the material flow in the system
• Update KPIs
• Create a storage process for PODs
• Understand the ATS process for documentation

Your Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with creating Macros, using Pivot Tables, dynamic charts, and conditional formatting
