Tasks
The activities as a HR Data Analyst Intern involve:

• Support Process Architect with data analysis, creation of ad hoc reports, creation / adjustment of macros to simplify HRS processes. (Process Architect is focused on development of process definition, measurements, methodology and tools to drive end-to-end process improvements for LH Group and other LGBS Customers, optimizing and standardizing the processes according to the strategy)
• Support Process Architect with process modeling
• Support Process Architect with Automation on HR Core data and Contract Management processes
• Elaborate eForms in HCL Leap

* All other duties as assigned or required

Requirements
The ideal HR Data Analyst Intern must fulfill the following requirements:

• Currently studying a Bachelor in Computer System Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent command of Excel & Macros creation (advance level) and Visual Basic programming
• Database Management in Excel and Access
• Desirable knowledge in Java Programming
• Quick learner
• Highly independent and systematic approach to work
• Analytical and conceptual mindset
• Ability to work with robust reports
• Ability to deliver high quality results / strong goal oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Client focus and strong customer service orientation
• Stress tolerance
• Interaction with Process Architect and Head of Process Management International
