Job Context
The position is in Performance Coatings, Marine & Protective Coatings BU.
Nature and scope: This position is responsible to manage a territory in Mexico South East, based either in Villahermosa, Tabasco or Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz.

Requirement for Job:
Education / Experience
- Bachelor's Degree. Chemical Engineer graduation preferred.
- 5+ years of sales experience in Protective Coatings required.
Experiences
- Strong Protective Coatings Technical Knowledge for Oil & Gas Downstream Industry
- Protective Coatings Technical Knowledge for Power Industry
- Used to CRM interactive work
- Strong selling skills
- High skill level of closing on proposals and ability to negotiate successfully
- Ability to build and nurture solid relationships to advance stakeholder satisfaction and professional influence
Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities (kindly limit to a maximum of eight)
- Systematically screen new leads, customers, projects and opportunities to maintain pipeline in line with business strategy.
- Continuously feed CRM platform.
- Forecast six months sales / product needs.
- Monitor sales against agreed targets on a regular basis to ensure they are met and where necessary the need for remedial actions are identified, reported and implemented.
- Plans own visit schedule in line with agreed customer service levels for that customer segment.
- Coordinates own visit schedule with the assigned Technical Representative.
- Promotes the positive company image and develops long-term relations with the customers.
- Follow up to collect payments from customers.
Functional Responsibilities/Network(kindly limit to a maximum of five)
- Internal relationships: Sales, Sales Support, Technical Department, Logistics, Office Sales
- External relationships: Direct / indirect customers / prospects, Industry stakeholders, Distributors
Job Context

- Able to visit customers / projects sites and obtain information of assets.
- Analytical skills to evaluate price / profit levels.
- Basic financial skills to assist customer on cost - benefit decisions.
- Team work capable.
